Bringing Equity
and Co-Creation
to the Heart of the Trial
- This toolkit equips research, clinical, and organizational teams with practical, scalable instruments to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Ready-to-use templates, checklists, and communication guides help pinpoint and remove barriers faced by under-represented populations, ensuring fair access to studies, care, and opportunities. By embedding DEI best practices into day-to-day workflows and long-term strategy, the toolkit fosters environments where everyone feels respected, represented, and empowered. Although first created for the Path-for-Young program, its framework is readily adaptable as a model for other projects.
