Dr. Ann Partridge is interim chair of the Department of Medical Oncology at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, where she also serves as co-founder and director of the Program for Young Adults with Breast Cancer. A professor at Harvard Medical School, Dr. Partridge holds the Eric P. Winer, MD, Chair in Breast Cancer Research at Dana-Farber. She conducts clinical research focused on improving cancer care and outcomes with a particular focus on young adults with breast cancer. Her groundbreaking research has not only illuminated the factors contributing to the disparate outcomes, both medical and psychosocial, faced by young breast cancer patients and survivors, but led to interventions to improve them. Dr. Partridge has also developed, led, and inspired innovative clinical programs to assure that all patients with cancer receive the highest quality, cutting-edge treatment and support care.
