Le groupe se concentre principalement sur la conception et la conduite d\u2019\u00e9tudes cliniques translationnelles, en particulier dans le milieu acad\u00e9mique. Bien que SOLTI se consacre principalement au cancer du sein, son champ de recherche inclut \u00e9galement d\u2019autres types de tumeurs.<\/p>\n<p>SOLTI collabore avec un r\u00e9seau de plus de 100 h\u00f4pitaux en Espagne, au Portugal et en Irlande, impliquant environ 480 chercheurs.<br \/>\nLe groupe a men\u00e9 plus de 80 essais cliniques et compte actuellement plus de 30 \u00e9tudes en cours.<\/p>\n<p>Outre ses activit\u00e9s scientifiques, SOLTI met en \u0153uvre un programme de formation m\u00e9dicale et d\u2019\u00e9ducation des patients, comprenant diverses initiatives annuelles visant \u00e0 renforcer les connaissances et l\u2019autonomisation des professionnels de sant\u00e9 comme des patients. La mission du groupe est de d\u00e9velopper une recherche innovante afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les r\u00e9sultats futurs des patients atteints de cancer.<\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-0aa2c650\"><div class=\"plmb plmb-text mce-content clearfix format-classic\">\r\n\t<h2><span style=\"color: #006160\">R\u00f4le<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>SOLTI assurera la gestion de l\u2019essai clinique au niveau national en Espagne, avec la participation de 10 centres.<br \/>\nL\u2019implication de SOLTI comprend le recrutement des patientes, la gestion de la collecte des donn\u00e9es et l\u2019analyse des r\u00e9sultats afin de contribuer aux conclusions globales de l\u2019essai. En participant \u00e0 cette \u00e9tude, SOLTI vise \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les strat\u00e9gies de traitement pour les jeunes femmes atteintes d\u2019un cancer du sein, en r\u00e9duisant potentiellement le recours \u00e0 la chimioth\u00e9rapie et ses effets ind\u00e9sirables associ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-b2467a3b alignwide uagb-is-root-container\"><div class=\"plmb plmb-text mce-content clearfix format-classic resp-format-mob-title-center\">\r\n\t<h2>Membres<\/h2>\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-layout-grid uagb-block-bdd08094 alignwide uagb-is-root-container\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container partners-member-item uagb-block-29a236fe\"><div class=\"plmb plmb-text mce-content clearfix format-classic\">\r\n\t<h3>Dr Maria Vidal<\/h3>\n<p>Le Dr Vidal sera l\u2019investigatrice principale coordonnant l\u2019essai en Espagne.<\/p>\n<p>Le Dr Mar\u00eda Vidal est une oncologue m\u00e9dicale reconnue, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans le cancer du sein \u00e0 l\u2019Hospital Cl\u00ednic de Barcelona.<br \/>\nElle est activement impliqu\u00e9e dans la recherche clinique depuis 2009 et a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 plus de 60 essais cliniques de phases I, II et III. Elle a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 investigatrice principale de diverses \u00e9tudes, contribuant de mani\u00e8re significative aux avanc\u00e9es dans le traitement du cancer du sein.<br \/>\n\u00c0 l\u2019Hospital Cl\u00ednic de Barcelona, le Dr Vidal fait partie du service d\u2019oncologie m\u00e9dicale (ICMHO), o\u00f9 elle se consacre au cancer du sein. Elle est \u00e9galement affili\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019IOB \u2013 Institute of Oncology, renfor\u00e7ant encore son expertise et son influence.<br \/>\nL\u2019engagement du Dr Vidal pour am\u00e9liorer le traitement du cancer du sein, ainsi que sa forte implication dans la recherche et l\u2019\u00e9ducation, font d\u2019elle une figure tr\u00e8s respect\u00e9e au sein de la communaut\u00e9 oncologique.<\/p>\n<p>Son travail continue d\u2019inspirer et de faire progresser la lutte contre le cancer.<\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container partners-member-item uagb-block-a659af76\"><div class=\"plmb plmb-text mce-content clearfix format-classic\">\r\n\t<h3>Marc Cos\u00edna<\/h3>\n<p>Marc Cosin sera charg\u00e9 de superviser les centres espagnols afin d\u2019assurer le succ\u00e8s de l\u2019essai clinique. En tant que chef de projet, il coordonnera et g\u00e9rera l\u2019ensemble des activit\u00e9s dans les centres participants, en veillant au strict respect du protocole de l\u2019essai et au maintien de normes \u00e9lev\u00e9es de qualit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des patientes. Marc sera le principal point de contact entre Unicancer et les h\u00f4pitaux locaux, facilitant une communication et une collaboration efficaces.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre de ses fonctions, Marc suivra l\u2019avancement de l\u2019essai et traitera rapidement tout probl\u00e8me afin de maintenir l\u2019\u00e9tude sur la bonne voie. Il veillera \u00e0 ce que toutes les activit\u00e9s soient align\u00e9es sur les objectifs de l\u2019essai et les exigences r\u00e9glementaires.
