Optima-young et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.optimabreaststudy.com\/index.php\">OPTIMA<\/a> sont deux \u00e9tudes cliniques internationales, randomis\u00e9es, \u00e0 deux bras, visant \u00e0 v\u00e9rifier si l\u2019utilisation d\u2019un test g\u00e9nomique (Prosigna<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>) pour d\u00e9cider d\u2019administrer ou non une chimioth\u00e9rapie donne des r\u00e9sultats aussi bons que le traitement standard (chimioth\u00e9rapie syst\u00e9matique) chez des femmes pr\u00e9m\u00e9nopaus\u00e9es atteintes d\u2019un cancer du sein hormono-d\u00e9pendant (HR+)\/HER2-, en \u00e9valuant leur risque de r\u00e9cidive. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Test d\u2019expression g\u00e9nique multiparam\u00e9trique&nbsp;: plusieurs tests ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s pour \u00e9tudier les g\u00e8nes pr\u00e9sents dans les cellules de cancer du sein. Ces tests mesurent le degr\u00e9 d\u2019activit\u00e9 de certains de ces g\u00e8nes. Ils sont utilis\u00e9s pour orienter et am\u00e9liorer le choix des traitements en fournissant des informations pr\u00e9cises sur chaque cancer. Ces tests sont parfois appel\u00e9s tests multiparam\u00e9triques.   <\/li>\n<li>Plateforme num\u00e9rique WeShare&nbsp;: le projet Path-for-young d\u00e9ploie une infrastructure num\u00e9rique d\u00e9di\u00e9e et une plateforme web de collecte de donn\u00e9es (WeShare), s\u2019appuyant sur une collecte d\u00e9centralis\u00e9e de donn\u00e9es longitudinales g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es par les patientes afin d\u2019\u00e9valuer la qualit\u00e9 de vie et les toxicit\u00e9s cl\u00e9s.<br \/>\n<a class=\"cta mini-green\" href=\"https:\/\/weshare.unicancer.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Acc\u00e9der au site WeShare<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Outils de sant\u00e9 num\u00e9rique&nbsp;: une sous-\u00e9tude de l\u2019ECR Optima-young, qui \u00e9valuera formellement, parmi les patientes participantes de 3 pays europ\u00e9ens, un compagnon num\u00e9rique<br \/>\n visant \u00e0 proposer un suivi renforc\u00e9 en offrant aux patientes un parcours personnalis\u00e9 de soins de support pour g\u00e9rer les effets ind\u00e9sirables associ\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019hormonoth\u00e9rapie, afin de maximiser la qualit\u00e9 de vie, l\u2019auto-efficacit\u00e9 et l\u2019autonomisation, ainsi que les r\u00e9sultats cliniques gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une meilleure observance du traitement<a href=\"https:\/\/www.resilience.care\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> lien vers Resilience.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n\n\n<div class=\"plmb plmb-text mce-content clearfix format-classic\">\r\n\t<h2><span style=\"font-size: 20px\">WP 4 Implication des patients et co-cr\u00e9ation<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Le projet met en \u0153uvre la co-cr\u00e9ation avec de multiples parties prenantes, principalement des patientes et des professionnels de sant\u00e9 (HCP) disposant d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience pertinente, tout au long de la dur\u00e9e du projet, d\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9laboration du protocole, afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer le recrutement et la mise en \u0153uvre de l\u2019essai, et de veiller \u00e0 ce que les besoins cl\u00e9s des patientes soient int\u00e9gr\u00e9s au d\u00e9veloppement et \u00e0 la conduite de l\u2019essai.  <a href=\"https:\/\/path-for-young.unicancer.fr\/fr\/engagement-des-patients-et-representation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">lien vers la section implication des patients.<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n\n\n<div class=\"plmb plmb-text mce-content clearfix format-classic\">\r\n\t<h2><span style=\"font-size: 20px\">WP5-7 Analyse statistique<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Ce lot de travaux analysera les donn\u00e9es collect\u00e9es pendant l\u2019\u00e9tude Optima-young&nbsp;:<br \/>\ntoutes les t\u00e2ches li\u00e9es \u00e0 la planification des analyses statistiques de l\u2019ECR Optima-young, ainsi que la premi\u00e8re analyse interm\u00e9diaire visant \u00e0 \u00e9tudier la robustesse des hypoth\u00e8ses initiales de l\u2019\u00e9tude, seront r\u00e9alis\u00e9es dans le cadre du lot de travaux 5. L\u2019analyse statistique principale et le rapport de l\u2019essai clinique, ainsi que les analyses des crit\u00e8res de jugement secondaires \u00e0 partir du dernier gel des donn\u00e9es \u00e0 la fin de l\u2019essai clinique, chez l\u2019ensemble des patientes incluses, seront r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans le cadre du lot de travaux 7. <\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-ad7e6422\"><div class=\"plmb plmb-text mce-content clearfix format-classic\">\r\n\t<h2><span style=\"font-size: 20px\">WP 6 Le lot de travaux 6 <\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Le lot de travaux 6 veillera \u00e0 ce que les premi\u00e8res analyses de la sous-\u00e9tude sur le compagnon num\u00e9rique, qui \u00e9valuera l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 d\u2019outils de sant\u00e9 num\u00e9rique personnalis\u00e9s existants pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des probl\u00e9matiques particuli\u00e8rement pertinentes pour les patientes pr\u00e9m\u00e9nopaus\u00e9es dans un parcours personnalis\u00e9 de soins de support. En outre, ce lot de travaux aura pour objectif d\u2019\u00e9valuer des enjeux pertinents pour les patientes pr\u00e9m\u00e9nopaus\u00e9es, ainsi que l\u2019impact soci\u00e9tal de l\u2019approche personnalis\u00e9e de l\u2019ECR Optima-young. <\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n\n\n<div class=\"plmb plmb-text mce-content clearfix format-classic\">\r\n\t<h2><span style=\"font-size: 20px\">WP 8-9 \u00c9ETS<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019objectif est d\u2019\u00e9valuer l\u2019efficience et l\u2019impact budg\u00e9taire de l\u2019utilisation du test g\u00e9nomique pour guider la prescription de la chimioth\u00e9rapie et de pr\u00e9parer le syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019adoption de la nouvelle strat\u00e9gie.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le lot de travaux 8 d\u00e9crira l\u2019utilisation actuelle des technologies et les caract\u00e9ristiques techniques au sein des partenaires internationaux de l\u2019\u00c9ETS&nbsp;; planifiera une analyse des co\u00fbts et de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique entre pays afin de d\u00e9velopper une m\u00e9thodologie garantissant la transf\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 tous les pays de l\u2019UE&nbsp;;
