{"id":2136,"date":"2025-05-29T16:08:32","date_gmt":"2025-05-29T14:08:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/path-for-young.unicancer.fr\/?page_id=2136"},"modified":"2026-02-26T16:39:43","modified_gmt":"2026-02-26T15:39:43","slug":"lessai-clinic-optima-young","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/path-for-young.unicancer.fr\/fr\/lessai-clinic-optima-young\/","title":{"rendered":"Optima-young"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container hidden uagb-block-8a9940ff alignfull uagb-is-root-container\"><div class=\"uagb-container-inner-blocks-wrap\"><div class=\"plmb plmb-text mce-content clearfix format-intro\">\r\n\t<h1>A propos de l'essai clinique Optima-young<\/h1>\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-733dbcfc alignfull uagb-is-root-container\"><div class=\"uagb-container-inner-blocks-wrap\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-db5919c5\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-d4ee53cb\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-e590ddcb\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-ab94c6a9\"><div class=\"plmb plmb-text mce-content clearfix format-classic\">\r\n\t<p>La forme la plus courante de cancer du sein est le cancer hormono-sensible, dans lequel les cellules canc\u00e9reuses d\u00e9pendent de l'hormone feminine appel\u00e9e oestrog\u00e8ne pour se d\u00e9velopper.<br \/>\nL\u2019essai OPTIMA-YOUNG se concentre sur ce type particulier de cancer du sein, dit \u00e0 r\u00e9cepteurs hormonaux (HR) positif et \u00e0 r\u00e9cepteur 2 du facteur de croissance \u00e9pidermique humain (HER2) n\u00e9gatif, chez les jeunes femmes.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019objectif de cet essai est de montrer que la suppression de la chimioth\u00e9rapie chez les patientes pr\u00e9m\u00e9nopaus\u00e9es atteintes de cancer du sein HR+\/HER2-, guid\u00e9e par un test g\u00e9nomique Prosigna<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>, n\u2019est pas moins efficace que le traitement standard (qui correspond au traitement par chimioth\u00e9rapie et hormonoth\u00e9rapie) pour pr\u00e9venir la r\u00e9cidive du cancer.
